The mission of All Star Academy is to assist families and communities of color to build wealth through education, career pathways, and entrepreneurial businesses opportunities.
Our vision is to educate, prepare, and empower individuals for the demands of a global job market as well as to increase job placement, job retention, and entrepreneurial business establishments for the global workplace.
ASA is a community-based, nonprofit, 501(C)(3) organization that assist individuals to pursue education and career opportunities by providing individualized education, training, and employment services in a culturally sensitive and supportive environment throughout Minnesota. Continuing with its mission, ASA serves individuals, families, and communities of color to increase their productivity, adjustment, self-determination, independence, integration and inclusion (PASIII) in order to improve their quality of life (QoL).
In 2009, ASA opened its doors further for vocational services to individuals with mental, physical, and neurodevelopmental disabilities as well as individuals transitioning off of public assistance. Since its beginning in vocational services, ASA has expanded its services to include assessments, accredited skills training and education services, placement and job retention services and provides services in Twin Cities metro and suburban areas as well as in rural Minnesota communities.
